One day (in a land not too far away) I called Weber’s Computer Services while panicking hysterically because I had dropped water on my laptop and needed recommendations on what I needed to do to save it. Mark talked to me patiently and gave me great advice and I was able to get my laptop functional. I proceeded to climb off the ledge.
I have since referred Weber’s Computer Services to a client of mine that needed IT support. Needless to say he has been working with them patiently to give them the help they need despite their busy work schedule. I will continue to refer business to Mark knowing that he will take care of them.
